AI Automation Developer

I build AI agents that take manual busywork off your team's plate.

I build AI-powered automation systems that help businesses reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and streamline daily operations — using tools like n8n, AI models, Airtable, Telegram, email platforms, and APIs to automate lead management, data processing, customer communication, CRM updates, and document handling.

Every system is built around a real business problem, with a focus on reliability and measurable results. Have a repetitive process you want to improve? Let's automate it.

About

AI Automation Developer with hands-on experience across freelance and internship work, specializing in n8n workflow design and AI agent integration. I spend most of my time turning repetitive business processes into automated systems that run reliably in the background.

01

Workflow automation

n8n, multi-branch logic, schedulers, and error handling for workflows that run unattended.

02

AI agent design

Prompt design, structured output parsing, and scoring/classification logic for reliable AI decisions.

03

Integrations

Gmail, Slack, Airtable, Telegram, Google Sheets, webhooks, and PDF/document extraction.

04

Testing & handoff

Validating workflows against real data, documenting them clearly, and supporting after delivery.

Selected work

A few examples of agents I've built end-to-end — the problem they solve, how they work, and what they actually produce.

These patterns apply broadly — e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, recruiting, agencies, and service businesses all run on the same underlying processes: inbound messages, leads, and applications that need to be read, sorted, and acted on.

Support Ticket Triage Agent

A Gmail support inbox that used to need a person to read, categorize, prioritize, and reply to every message now runs itself — from classification through weekly reporting.

4
Automated sub-flows
6
Fields auto-tagged per ticket
24/7
Inbox monitoring

How it works

  1. 1A Gmail trigger catches new support emails and validates the sender.
  2. 2An AI agent classifies the email — category, priority, sentiment — and creates or updates the matching Airtable ticket.
  3. 3A priority router alerts the right channel: Gmail for high priority, Slack for medium, a drafted auto-reply for low.
  4. 4Daily and weekly flows chase unresolved tickets and post a summary report automatically.

The workflow

Full support triage workflow
Full workflow — intake, follow-up, and reporting.
Main classification and routing flow
Classify → find/create ticket → route by priority.

Result

Airtable ticket log
Every ticket auto-categorized, prioritized, and sentiment-tagged, with a drafted reply and a human-review flag where needed.
Weekly report in Slack
A weekly report posted straight to Slack — no manual compiling.
Sales & Lead GenMulti-Agent System · $1,200–$1,800

Lead Qualification & Nurture Agent

Leads come in through a Telegram bot, get scored the moment they're complete, and are routed into the right follow-up motion automatically.

3
Lead tiers, scored automatically
3
Connected follow-up flows

How it works

  1. 1A Telegram bot has a natural conversation to collect name, email, phone, budget, and timeline.
  2. 2A scoring agent grades the lead hot / warm / cold and writes it to Airtable.
  3. 3Hot leads get an instant sales alert; warm leads enter a scheduled nurture flow that rechecks and escalates them as they warm up.
  4. 4Cold leads are kept engaged through an automated monthly newsletter flow.

The workflow

Full lead workflow
Intake, scoring, nurture, and newsletter — all connected.
Telegram intake and scoring flow
Conversation → completeness check → AI scoring → routing.

Result

Scored leads in Airtable
Every lead lands scored, tiered, and enriched — ready for sales to act on immediately.
Telegram bot conversation
A friendly, one-question-at-a-time intake — no drop-off-inducing form.

Resume Screening & Scoring Agent

Candidates apply through a simple form; an AI agent reads the resume, scores the candidate, and notifies HR and the applicant — no one opens a PDF by hand.

1
Form → fully screened candidate
2
Automatic emails per application

How it works

  1. 1A candidate submits name, email, and resume through a hosted application form.
  2. 2The workflow extracts text from the uploaded PDF automatically.
  3. 3An AI agent scores the candidate out of 100 with a summary, strengths, concerns, and recommendation.
  4. 4The result is logged to Airtable; HR gets the summary by email, and the candidate gets an automatic confirmation.

The workflow

Resume screening workflow
Form → PDF extraction → AI scoring → Airtable → emails.
Application form
The application form candidates actually see.

Result

Scored candidates in Airtable
Every applicant scored and tagged — ranked and ready for a recruiter to review in minutes.
HR summary email
HR gets the full breakdown by email — no resume-reading required.
